my bio

my experience with energetic concepts and conscious thought goes back as far as i could remember. my mother would place reiki energy into my teddy bears when she would go on a long trip, i attempted to give reiki healings to my dying grandmother, my father taught us to question everything and always be curious. somewhere along the line i lost the magic and as i grew older i followed a more mainstream path to what i thought would result in “success” “happiness” and “fulfillment”. it all found me again when i was in new york city after working in the art world for five years. i reached that place many do - of accomplishing what i set out to do, yet finding that i felt empty. something felt like it was missing.

through a yearning to understand and “fix it” i started an alternative therapy program where i found more open minded folks that bridged me into a tarot intensive training. i tumbled down rabbit holes of wisdom and astrology during my workday. as i received reflection i opened to myself more - and i found myself changing and becoming more energetically sensitive. the life i had built for myself felt like it no longer fit and the city felt dauntingly overwhelming. i realized i had to leave and carve out something new. 4 years were spent with stints in nature as well as abroad, and it was during this time that i achieved most of my accreditations and trainings. slowly my incessant seeking of inner harmony took me the long way in healing myself and cultivating a deep embodiment of my true self. i ended up back where i started in the mountains of north carolina, close to family, creating a home base for my sacred work to unfurl.

i am incredibly grateful for the time i was allowed of seeking, learning, and flowing from one interest to the next - as it has led me to my eccentric mix of awareness, understanding, and resources that i now use to guide clients into their own alignment. i hope to help others on their journey in ways i wished i had had in my own - and to assist them however i can along the path more efficiently & within their own means.
